Audited tools and FastMCP boundary

SibylHub treats tool metadata as an audited, declarative catalog. An entry may describe scope, evidence, approval state, and an explicit authorization boundary; it does not grant permission to execute a tool, install a package, resolve an endpoint, or publish a result.

Current evidence status

The checked-in repository does not contain a first-party Rosie/FastMCP execution engine or a distinct edge gateway implementation. Documentation therefore records this as unavailable rather than implying that sandboxing, tool execution, automatic installation, or automatic publication exists.

Context7 is an optional retrieval boundary for documentation context. It is not a live dependency of this static site. Any future audited gateway must retain explicit approval, secret-safe payloads, and a separate readback for remote evidence. Local docs builds never call it.
